The study aimed to determine the effect of empowering leadership and job satisfaction employees. To support purpose, literature was reviewed theories were established strengthen title study. followed a research methodology design descriptive assessment correlational design. gather data, validated questionnaires inferential statistics used analyze data. Weighted mean Pearson r correlation level different variables between satisfaction. results indicate that heads employees is not very high or but moderate extent there significant Therefore, hypothesis accepted.
